A cream coffee is a coffee with cream or milk.

Coq au Vin is a French stew made with slow-cooked pieces of rooster in red wine with mushrooms.

If you want to order a coq au vin with red wine and mushrooms you can say:  Je commande un coq au vin, avec du vin rouge et des champignons, s’il vous plaît.
